What are your shipping details?

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed. Tracking number will be provided once order is shipped. All packages are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS.

What is your return policy?

With the exception of: Seller's Mistake (wrong merchandise, item, size or color)
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refer to Refund Policy for full details.

What if I my order is wrong or damaged?

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, incorrect or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Can I get my money back?

Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, if item was purchased using any sale or discount code the item is also FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please do not ship back any items without reaching out to us first.
